| According to what I've heard and read, the coil should be exposed above the surrounding metals and about the 2/3 height mark of the antenna assembly with the cap hat at the top. Anyone have other suggestions? | ||

| You are correct and actually I think his instructions indicate the cap TopHat should be mounted between 1' and 2' above the coil. Only presumption BUT presume this was assembled as is for picture rather than effect. | ||
